"Really like the personal touch. She makes you feel like you've known her for a while and they're obviously great note takers. They remember the details of previous conversations, not just by pretending but actually knowing my concerns and what we're.looking for in pricing and services. Today's conversation took just moments and our policy was adjusted to our new needs in a matter of seconds while our conversation was taking place. I was really thinking it was going to be a " no, that's not our problem or no we cannot do that, it's not our company policy", but none of that happened at all. She let me know what they can do and we weren't asking for something outrageously difficult. But something that folks in the past in our same situation had done as well, that was nice to know.
